By using our website, visiting our physical location, or contacting us via digital platforms, you agree to the following terms:

1. Offline & Online Reservations

• Tables can be reserved via phone, WhatsApp, or through our website.

• Walk-ins are welcome, but availability is not guaranteed without a reservation.

• For large groups or private events, prior booking is required.

2. Special Events & Banquets

• Bookings are confirmed upon advance payment (if applicable).

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid charges.

• Final guest count must be confirmed 24 hours before the event.

3. Menu, Prices & Allergies

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

• All dishes are prepared in separate veg and non-veg kitchens.

• Please inform our staff of any food allergies before placing an order. We are not liable for allergic reactions if not informed in advance.

4. Code of Conduct

• Guests must maintain respectful behavior within the premises.

• Saarangi reserves the right to deny service or ask guests to leave if conduct violates restaurant policy.

5. Intellectual Property

• All logos, photos, menus, and written content on our website and in our restaurant are owned by Saarangi and cannot be reproduced without written permission.

6. Liability Disclaimer

• While we take the utmost care, Saarangi is not liable for:

  • Loss or theft of personal belongings during your visit

  • Service disruptions due to unforeseen events (e.g., power outages, weather)

  • Technical issues on the website or reservation platform

7. Changes to Policy

We may update these terms periodically. Please refer to this page for the latest version.
